hello!
Today was weigh-in and I was scared to step on the scale. I'm always scared/nervos. I worry to have a gain during the week. I know I didnt do as fantastic this week as i've done the pass couple of weeks but still managed to not go overboard with the unhealthy stuff. This week the scale read 176.6, yep a loss. Im soo happy and relieved to have lost .4 ounces. Now This was a little reality check that although I'm working out most of the week, I'm slipping in the food department. That's got to stop now rather than when I realize my pants aren't closing at all. My goal is to fit in them and will not accomplish it if I don't get strict with myself again. So starting tomorrow (not now 'cause it's late) I'm going to give up chocolate and sweets. I noticed once I get one in my mouth I can't seem to stop myself.
BREAKFAST: 1 apple, 1 nectarine, 4 strawberries, 1/2 c cottage cheese, 1/2 c total cereal.
SNACK: 1 cup of grapes, and cherries. and half an orange.
LUNCH: 1 c of progresso garden vegetable soup, 1 turkey sandwich - bell pepper, tomato, and avocado (tragically I'm out of spinach) and half of a small jicama.
DINNER: 1 mozzerella cheese, and some spaghetti. I was craving salad but like I said, I'm out of spinach I'll get my hands on some tomorrow.
'DESSERT' 1 cup of mixed fruit and a fiber 1 bar.
throughout the day I had 4 mini milky ways.
Project hydrate: Drank 102 oz.
Activity of the day: level 1 30 day shred, 20 mins of jumprope.
