I accidentally clicked pulish before even finishing the day, but i'll update as the day goes by.
BREAKFAST: 1 pear, 1 nectarine, 4 strawberries, 1/2 c of Kashi go Lean, 1/2 c of 2%cottage cheese.
SNACK: 1/2 non-fat plain yogurt.
LUNCH (like I mentioned on my prev post my mom did make pupusas) I had 2.
DINNER: another 2 pupusas.
I need to burn those greasy cals ASAP!
Also I'm super excited because I just entered my first challenge, ever. It's a fifteen day challenge and it sounds easy peacy! I just need to drink my minimum water target which is 88.5 ounces a day. Sounds like a little but I usually drink maybe 2-3 water bottles a day so this challenge is a great motivator to get me to drink more h2o! This means I'll be tracking my water intake here aswell! Carla from Carla Shorts is hosting the challenge. She also has great tips on how not to gain weight, they are really funny and informative. I love the way she writes! You should check out her blog, it's really good.
