one ACCOMPLISHMENT...and eats of the day!

I'm on a roll w/ posting my eats =D

BREAKFAST: 1/8 of a BIG melon, 1/2 pear, handful of grapes, 1/3 c kashi go lean, 1/3c of cottage cheese. Yummy! and very filling.

LUNCH: a BIG salad (since i skipped a snack): 2 cups of spinach, 1/2 a small cucumber, carrots, 2 sliced mushrooms, 1 pear, 1/8 avocado, 1/2 pita ( I used it as a replacement for croutons), 1/3 of red bell pepper.

SNACK:1/2c plain yogurt, handful grapes, 2 sliced strawberries, 1 packet of splenda.

DINNER: I was this close to eating lasagna that my mom made (she does it so yummy but sooo greasy)! I actually served myself and was going to get a bite out of it but then thought about it and put it down (this is the FIRST time I do that)! I thought it over and opted for 1/2 cup of rice w/ veggies and a green monster- 1 cup of fat free milk, 2 strawberries, 1/2 of banana and handful of spinach.

and I JUST finished the 30 day shred dvd. So happy I did it!
