You must admit he is cute...

Okay besides going out with my friend I did a pretty darn good job. I ate my normal eats and didn't eat junk. That makes me a happy camper.
Todays eats:
BREAKFAST: 1/2 c of oatmeal, 1 cup of grapes.
SNACK: 1 granola bar.
LUNCH: 1 turkey spinach and tomato sandwich, 2 carrots, 1 fuji apple.
SNACK: 1 yoplait yogurt, 1 small jicama (it was the smallest i've seen, it looked like an apple)
DINNER: 1 fish fillet in a sanwich thin : 1/8 avpcadp, iceburg lettuce, fetta cheese, and tomato, on the side i had a banana.
Today I did NOT do any exercise it's 11:00 pm and honestly I feel too tired to move (unless is to bed). I did walk A LOT though so maybe that counts? I'm feeling tired and very very sore from my arms and legs. That's what happens to you when you have years not jumping rope. Feeling sore is the icing on this day thought so that's' good! Is that sick?
Tomorrow is weigh-in and I'm SCARED to step on the scale. I feel that because I didn't do as good as I could the last two days and no exercise this day I might have a gain. But what is done is done and that's totally fine. If I have any loss I'll be thrilled!
