Didn't post weigh in yesterday because I have a ton of hw and totally forgot to post at night. Yesterday I weighed in at 174.4. I was surprised because that's a loss of 1.4 lbs when I didnt eat the healthiest this past week. Then I started thinking and came to the conclusion that I'm losing muscle. I've notice that my arms and legs are becoming mush again. I need to get back to it if I don't want to go back to where I use to be! I think I'll start tomorrow because today I have a ton but I mean ton of hw that has to be turned in first thing tomorrow morning. If I finish early I will exercise today.
I feel proud of myself for what ate yesterday :).
Yesterdays eats
BIG Breakfast: 1 green monster - 4 small frozen strawberries, 1/2 frozen mango, lots of spinach, 1 c soy milk. (wasnt hungry until 5 hours later!)
LUNCH: 1/2 c leftover rice, grilled chicken fillet, carrots, 1/2 avocado and spinach.
SNACK: 1/2 c grapes, 1/2 c frozen non fat plain yogurt.
DINNER: 1 c of minestrone pogresso soup, 1 mozerella cheese, mushroom, spinach sandwich.
( I accidently switched my dinner and lunch...hehe)
I had nothing sweet, or 'bad'. I think I did pretty darn good :).
Have to get back to the stack of hw waiting for me if I want to finish early.

OMG!
OMG! I just want to say a big THANK YOU to Kaytee from Vegan Imperfection and Carla from 32 down 15 to go! Their kind and motivational words made my busy day today! When I read their comments I literally wanted to go out for a 10 mile run or something (I stuck with the 'or something' and tried to finish the stack of hw I have). They made me feel way better from how I was feeling.
BREAKFAST: woke up extra late for a school day and only had a couple of spoonfuls of PB oatmeal before I went flying out the door.
Didn't have time to actually pack/eat a decent meal before dinner so through out the day I ate:
2 oranges, 1 pear, 1 bunch beet (seriously boil one of these babies and let it cool and eat, it's deliciuos!), and 2 slices of watermelon.
DINNER: early dinner 5:30ish 1/2c rice,1/2 cup of beans steamed cauliflower (I was going to roast them but I find it easier to just steam my veggies) and baby carrots.
It's been a while since I haven't put a whole healthy meal in my mouth.
I'm glad I did today :).
DESSERT: Peach cobbler and vanilla ice cream (tomorrow's my nephews b-day so today my sister made peach cobbler instead of cake and I had to have some). I even took a pic but the pic doesnt do the cobbler justice, it just makes it look yucky.
I think I did better today than other days
Hopefully I'll improve slowly.
I weigh myself tomorrow and OMG I'm nervous but whatever happens happens.

Trying.
Like I said in my previous post I'm struggling. Why is it when I read other blogs about people losing weight it seems so easy to do but actually doing it's hard as hell? Every morning I tell myself this is the day you'll be going back to where you were 2 weeks ago but as the day comes to an end I'm not even close to what I was doing. So frustrating!
Anyways I'm posting the good and the bad food I'm eating just so I can control what I put in my mouth. I didn't even plan on posting today only after what I ate for breakfast.
BREAKFAST: this is embarassing
: I had a slice of KFC chocolate chip cake, 1/2 cup of oatmeal, raisins, sliced almonds, and 1 apple.
SNACK: 1 green monster - 1 cup of soy milk, 1/2 banana, 4 strawberries.
SNACK 2: 1 fiber plus bar.
LUNCH: 1 cup progresso soup and 1/2 french roll.
peer "snacks" after that.
4 oatmeal cookies, 1 cup of soy milk, tortilla chips with beans as a dip (too much to count)and 1/2 avocado.
yup its bad and embarassing.

Weigh-in #11
Hello,
I'm struggling and can't seem to get back on track. I gained 2.2 lbs ughh! My total weight is 175.6. No excuse nor reasons for the gain. Well reasons are obvious; eating loads of chocolate and junk pretty mush covers it.

Weigh-in #10
Not having been posting for almost a week does not mean I will not let you know my weigh-ins. Good or bad I will always post my weekly weigh-ins. Today the scale read 173.6. That means I lost this week a total of .6 oz. That's good for someone who did poorly the pass couple of days. I'm starting to get back on track, I've been doing jillian for the last 3 days and I went for another 3 mile run this week. Have no pictures of the bad stuff I ate because I'm too ashame. But updates and pictures will resume promptly! I'm starting to get out of the funk I was in.

bleh.
That's how I've been feeling lately. Maybe because of the bad food I've been putting in my mouth and the lack of exercise since Sunday. Also because my fridge is low on healthy food. ugh I need to get my act back together again if I don't want to gain lbs.
