Didn't post weigh in yesterday because I have a ton of hw and totally forgot to post at night. Yesterday I weighed in at 174.4. I was surprised because that's a loss of 1.4 lbs when I didnt eat the healthiest this past week. Then I started thinking and came to the conclusion that I'm losing muscle. I've notice that my arms and legs are becoming mush again. I need to get back to it if I don't want to go back to where I use to be! I think I'll start tomorrow because today I have a ton but I mean ton of hw that has to be turned in first thing tomorrow morning. If I finish early I will exercise today.
I feel proud of myself for what ate yesterday :).
Yesterdays eats
BIG Breakfast: 1 green monster - 4 small frozen strawberries, 1/2 frozen mango, lots of spinach, 1 c soy milk. (wasnt hungry until 5 hours later!)
LUNCH: 1/2 c leftover rice, grilled chicken fillet, carrots, 1/2 avocado and spinach.
SNACK: 1/2 c grapes, 1/2 c frozen non fat plain yogurt.
DINNER: 1 c of minestrone pogresso soup, 1 mozerella cheese, mushroom, spinach sandwich.
( I accidently switched my dinner and lunch...hehe)
I had nothing sweet, or 'bad'. I think I did pretty darn good :).
Have to get back to the stack of hw waiting for me if I want to finish early.
