Anyways I'm posting the good and the bad food I'm eating just so I can control what I put in my mouth. I didn't even plan on posting today only after what I ate for breakfast.
BREAKFAST: this is embarassing

SNACK: 1 green monster - 1 cup of soy milk, 1/2 banana, 4 strawberries.
SNACK 2: 1 fiber plus bar.
LUNCH: 1 cup progresso soup and 1/2 french roll.
peer "snacks" after that.
4 oatmeal cookies, 1 cup of soy milk, tortilla chips with beans as a dip (too much to count)and 1/2 avocado.
yup its bad and embarassing.
Hopefully will try to do better tomorrow.

You can do it!! You have a lot of courage to be able to admit [and post] your mistakes! Exhibit A: my blog-- I haven't updated it in months because I have little to no courage to report bad news. :(
ReplyDeleteYou can do this Rosa. Is it hard? Hell yes. I go through this with you...and I think the best thing you can do is build some positive momentum. Weight loss is kind of like a snow ball rolling down a hill, as it goes it picks up more snow flakes making it bigger, stronger, and more powerful. When you make one good decision, you will feel good about yourself and proud of your efforts. Because you feel good about what you have done, you will want to make another postive choice, then another and another. You can do this...just start with one good choice and go from there.
