Not having been posting for almost a week does not mean I will not let you know my weigh-ins. Good or bad I will always post my weekly weigh-ins. Today the scale read 173.6. That means I lost this week a total of .6 oz. That's good for someone who did poorly the pass couple of days. I'm starting to get back on track, I've been doing jillian for the last 3 days and I went for another 3 mile run this week. Have no pictures of the bad stuff I ate because I'm too ashame. But updates and pictures will resume promptly! I'm starting to get out of the funk I was in.
