a quick update.

hello!
As I mention on my previous post my monthly goal is to exercise 3 times a week (for one hour).I didnt do ANY exercise yesterday! (does walking from class to class at your colllege campus count?...jk i know it doesnt). Today is a different story! I just finished doing level 2 of 30 day shred (this sure is a toughy for me). I know it isnt one hour just twenty minutes, but i'll be sure to squeeze the remaining 40 somewhere in this weeks workouts ;). Maybe tomorrow before heading to school?
I'll make sure to post the days i work up a sweat.
