Hi!
This is my 2nd day of working out...=D. I just finished 30 day shred and
10 minute cardio workout. Today's workout, again, wasnt the whole 60 minutes like I had planned (school keeps me busy), but by the end of the week I will have a total of 3 hrs for this week. So far I have 50 mins, 2hrs and 10 mins to go.
