weigh-in #1

hello!
This is my first weigh in since i created this blog. I'm HAPPY to report that I'm down 1.8 lbs which brings my weight to 177.6! I'm soooo happy because this is my first loss since this year began!I'm always happy with ANY loss it can be 2 ounces and im happy. I just dont want to gain.
But I also have a confession to make, this evening i ate pizza, not just one slice or two, more like 5 (not at the same time, I ate them through out the day). grabbing a pizza from the table was easier than making myself something healthy. UGH i know bad me! Today I excersiced for 40 mins, I like to think that somehow i canceled my calorie intake? Most definatly not and this makes me mad at myself. I have an early wake up call tomorrow because I have plan an early run with my sister. When we usually go run we do about 3 miles or so. We'll see how many I do. I wont be bad this upcoming week. PROMISE. I have a goal to hit 165 by May because I have a family reunion around that time and everyone in my family is thin except for me, we'll see how my plan goes.

P.S I'm going to start posting (as much as possible) what I eat because writing it down on my notebook hasn't really halped. I think it's because I'm the only that reads it.
