My day started bright and early I woke up at the crack of dawn to run 3 miles. I went to my all time fav park and took pics but it was with my sis camera so I'll share those with you tomorrow. In the meantime I'll share this old one I have of me and my other sister.

I haven't ran since maybe one month and a half and I have to say I lost my practice (not that I had a lot). I was gasping for air on my second mile and walked my third.
Oh well I really needed that run, it felt good. I'm going to try to run more often.
Food was all over the place I haven't had a real meal just peer snacks, I think except for dinner.
EATS before RUN (6:00) - a 100 cal mini whole wheat bagel with PB:
AFTER my RUN - 1 green monster that killed my blender: 1/2 frozen banana,5 frozen strwberries, 1 c soy milk, 2 handfuls of spinach. Seriuosly after I made my green monster (more like slushy), the blender started to smell like burn so I think it burnt its' poor little engine out. Now I'm blender-less until who knows when =(.
SNACK #1: 1/2 non fat cottage cheese, 1/2 Kashi go Lean:
(I always take my pics either at the kitchen table or my old desk =)
SNACK#2 : 1 big nectarine
SNACK #3: 1 fiber plus, and 1 yoplait light
(sorry for the lighting I was watching the movie Spider Man.
DINNER was late I went to do exercise with my sister and cooked over at her place. No pic. I made a grilled chicken fillet sandwhich in a whole wheat thin bun.
