"Before" pics.

Hey Guys!
I couldn't post the pics yesterday because family (who I see maybe 3 times a year) came to visit and it felt weird being on my laptop while they were here.

Before I show them to you I want to say that Friday wasn't a good day at all! I mean it started off really good but then it all went south because I went out with my sister to buy party supplies. I took my snack and thought that by the time lunch came around I would be home but I wasn't! Not even for dinner. I was starving and we were driving around for a long time. My sister always carries those honey buns in her car so I grabbed one then...another one, in total I had 3 honey breads (not at the same time). So on friday I had a green monster for breakfast, 1 fiber plus bar for snack, 3 breads, and 1 mushroon and cheese quesadilla. I know it's terrible!

Yesterday is another story I had 2 plantain empanadas (my mom bought), they are so delicious I couldn't just skip them.

I don't even know how to describe these things, it's just greasy plantains stuffed with some creamy texture. Believe me they are delish (thank goodness my mom doesnt know how to make them).

I also had 1 chili dog and a salad. I wasn't as bad as Friday but I still think I could've done better.
What can I say? Sometimes it's hard to stick to plan. I have my slips and will have some in the future (ahem next weekend for my niece's b-day party) but I can't beat myself for that. I'm okay with it, I'm just not going to do it every day like I use to.

Okay sorry for my ramblings. Now for the moment of truth.
*gulp*
This is hard to post but I thought this should be a big motivator.

and I can't put up my back view. I don't like it. Maybe when I see a difference I will.

My problem areas (what make me uncomfortable) are my stomach and arms. I would love to flatten my stomach and grow muscle on my arms. In order to do that I'm doing the 30 day shred and this is my second month doing it. I haven't lost much yet but here's to hoping =D.
