Monsters, melon, bompers, ice cream, and lollipops

Need I say more?
That's all I had today and not just a little but my fair share. I didnt have one proper meal besides breakfast, the others were sporadic and full of non healthy deliciousness. Tomorrow perhaps? We'll see

weigh in 20

I know this isn't Saturday but I fell asleep before I was planning on. I do have some pics of yesterday's eats :)
Now onto my weight. I gained (.8 oz, brings my weight to 173.8) and despised knowing that I gained I went ahead and ate not very healthy.

I always start my day good with a healthy breakfast and somehow after lunch everything goes south.

Yesterday's eats:
Breakfast 1 green monster - 1 cup of almond milk, 1/2 banana, and a bunch of spinach and 2 peanut butter toasts.

No snack.
Lunch 1 progresso soup and on the side a mango





A few hours after lunch I ate a twinkie,rice and beans, candy chips. No exercise for me again.

Today is another day and I'm going to try my hardest to not do the same mistake as yesterday. I already had a green monter with oatmeal for breakfast but forgot to take a picture of it. I'll take pics of my other eats and post them here later in the day or tomorrow.

eh.

I apologize (for the billionth time)for not updating. I had Jury Duty this week, and I know that isn't reason enough but my mind was not in this (so sorry). I've been exercising this week except for yesterday (Thursday) and today. I'm too tired and ate too much I can hardly budge. These past three days I've been eating out for the same reason.
Last weeks' weigh in was 173.0 which is a .2 loss. I'm pretty sure tomorrow's weigh in will be around the same because of the past days. I hope not.
I will have tomorrows weigh in up and some pics.

Weigh in 18

I know today is monday and not saturday. Sorry about that :) This weigh in was not as good as the previous ones. It was BAD like really really bad. The past week I manage to gain 4.6 lbs! I weigh 173.2 and it sucks.
I know exactly why I gained and I sorta don't feel guilty about it because I had fun doing it. Five out of the 7 days I ate out 5 times - 3 with my friends and 2 with my family, didnt work out once this week and pretty much ate everything unhealthy.
This week is a clean start. I'm actually taking pictures of what I'm eating to post them here later on today (regular posting from here on out!). I also have plan doing 30 day shred with my sister at 7 pm, I can't wait for that.

I think this is it for right now. Will be back later with my eats of the day and pics.

Weigh in 17

HEY!
I'm missing blog world more than anything but CANNOT wait until wednesday because that'll be my last day of school and that means regular blogging. =D
So HAPPY to say that the scale read 168.4 yesterday!
I've seriously have not been this weight since FOREVER! I've been drinking loads of green monsters and water. Not eating after 6:30 helps alot. I haven't done much excersing but will as soon as im done with school. =D

Weigh-In 16

Hello!
Today's weigh-in got me stoaked! The scale read 171.4!!!That's a 1.4lb loss. I don't think I remember reading that number since the longest. In high school I was at 172-ish.
I'm so happy! I think this made my hw loaded weekend. I've been drinking lots of green monsters and water, I'm thinking that is what's making a difference. I've also did 30 day shred twice this week.

I have to get back to my hw. I have a twelve page paper due on monday and im just getting started.

My apologies and weigh in 15

A BIG sorry to everyone that bothers to read my blog because I havent update. Seriously I've been busy with school; my finals are in two weeks and I have loads of school work and studying to do.
I've been trying to exercise 3 times a week but last week i did only twice, and this week I have one under my belt. The week hasnt ended so I hope I do exercise 2 more times this week =D.
WEIGH-IN: I lost this week! the scale read 172.8 that's a loss of 1.2 I believe.
I've been watching what I put in my mouth now that I want to beat my sister. I think I do good when I'm challenged :).

Need to get back to my hw.
