Weigh in 17

HEY!
I'm missing blog world more than anything but CANNOT wait until wednesday because that'll be my last day of school and that means regular blogging. =D
So HAPPY to say that the scale read 168.4 yesterday!
I've seriously have not been this weight since FOREVER! I've been drinking loads of green monsters and water. Not eating after 6:30 helps alot. I haven't done much excersing but will as soon as im done with school. =D

Weigh-In 16

Hello!
Today's weigh-in got me stoaked! The scale read 171.4!!!That's a 1.4lb loss. I don't think I remember reading that number since the longest. In high school I was at 172-ish.
I'm so happy! I think this made my hw loaded weekend. I've been drinking lots of green monsters and water, I'm thinking that is what's making a difference. I've also did 30 day shred twice this week.

I have to get back to my hw. I have a twelve page paper due on monday and im just getting started.

My apologies and weigh in 15

A BIG sorry to everyone that bothers to read my blog because I havent update. Seriously I've been busy with school; my finals are in two weeks and I have loads of school work and studying to do.
I've been trying to exercise 3 times a week but last week i did only twice, and this week I have one under my belt. The week hasnt ended so I hope I do exercise 2 more times this week =D.
WEIGH-IN: I lost this week! the scale read 172.8 that's a loss of 1.2 I believe.
I've been watching what I put in my mouth now that I want to beat my sister. I think I do good when I'm challenged :).

Need to get back to my hw.

weigh-in 14

I know I'm wayyyy too late for this but I swear I barely have time to do my hw. This is going to be quick. I had a gain this week not a big one but a gain. I weighed at 174.0 that's a .2 oz gain. To try to change that I've done Jillian - 30 day shred on both saturday and sunday, I'm crazy sore but I like it. I dont have time to do some tonight because I have to study. I'm not eating as healthy as I should because I'm just going for quick and easy.
In other news I made a bet with my sister. I need to weigh somewhere in the 170.?'s by June 8. If i dont reach goal I'll pay her 20 bucks and if I reach goal she'll give me $20. It isnt much but it's pretty motivating. Have to get back to studying.

weigh - In 13

Please don't think that I have been hiding, because I seriously haven't. I've been super busy with school, it's freaking killing me (not literally). I haven't had time to exercise or do anything remotely fun this past week, I haven't even had time to keep up with the blogs of my fave bloggers and that freaking makes me unhappy. I've been sleeping super because of hw, and waking up really early. I'm not complaining because I'm pass that stage and I also know that in the end it will all pay off ;)

This past week I've been doing just ok. I did exercise once and it was not pretty. U got tired really easily. I also have been eating a bit healthier. I can honestly say I haven't had a single sweet. I think my cravings are gone...for now.

What I have been having on a daily basis is those delicious green monsters. They are so good! I've been mixing them a little and adding mango, strawberries, blackberries and blue berries, not together though. I put only up to two kinds of fruit at the same time because then I'll go crazy in the fruit department. I have my green monsters as a snack by itself or for breakfast with some toast because the green mosnter alone does not satiate me. Sometimes I see people have it as breakfast alone and I wonder if that's enough for their tummy because I know mines will be demading more food an hour later.

Enough ramblings and back to the moment of truth...hehehe. Yesterday I weigh in at 173.8. That's a loss of .6 oz. Not bad but I don't think is fat that I'm losing because, like I said previously, my body tells me something differently. I need to get cracking before before I lose my whole groove. I promise I haven't lost it completely yet.

I know for a fact that I will not be able to exercise today, nor the next two days. I have a really important exam on wednesday and I need to study as it has I believe 200 q's but its worth 600 pts! That test can make me or break me. Let's just hope it doesnt break me.

I think I won't start updating regularly until after the test.

weigh-In # 12 and yesterdays eats.

Didn't post weigh in yesterday because I have a ton of hw and totally forgot to post at night. Yesterday I weighed in at 174.4. I was surprised because that's a loss of 1.4 lbs when I didnt eat the healthiest this past week. Then I started thinking and came to the conclusion that I'm losing muscle. I've notice that my arms and legs are becoming mush again. I need to get back to it if I don't want to go back to where I use to be! I think I'll start tomorrow because today I have a ton but I mean ton of hw that has to be turned in first thing tomorrow morning. If I finish early I will exercise today.

I feel proud of myself for what ate yesterday :).
Yesterdays eats
BIG Breakfast: 1 green monster - 4 small frozen strawberries, 1/2 frozen mango, lots of spinach, 1 c soy milk. (wasnt hungry until 5 hours later!)
LUNCH: 1/2 c leftover rice, grilled chicken fillet, carrots, 1/2 avocado and spinach.
SNACK: 1/2 c grapes, 1/2 c frozen non fat plain yogurt.
DINNER: 1 c of minestrone pogresso soup, 1 mozerella cheese, mushroom, spinach sandwich.
( I accidently switched my dinner and lunch...hehe)

I had nothing sweet, or 'bad'. I think I did pretty darn good :).

Have to get back to the stack of hw waiting for me if I want to finish early.

OMG!

OMG! I just want to say a big THANK YOU to Kaytee from Vegan Imperfection and Carla from 32 down 15 to go! Their kind and motivational words made my busy day today! When I read their comments I literally wanted to go out for a 10 mile run or something (I stuck with the 'or something' and tried to finish the stack of hw I have). They made me feel way better from how I was feeling.

BREAKFAST: woke up extra late for a school day and only had a couple of spoonfuls of PB oatmeal before I went flying out the door.
Didn't have time to actually pack/eat a decent meal before dinner so through out the day I ate:
2 oranges, 1 pear, 1 bunch beet (seriously boil one of these babies and let it cool and eat, it's deliciuos!), and 2 slices of watermelon.
DINNER: early dinner 5:30ish 1/2c rice,1/2 cup of beans steamed cauliflower (I was going to roast them but I find it easier to just steam my veggies) and baby carrots.
It's been a while since I haven't put a whole healthy meal in my mouth.
I'm glad I did today :).
DESSERT: Peach cobbler and vanilla ice cream (tomorrow's my nephews b-day so today my sister made peach cobbler instead of cake and I had to have some). I even took a pic but the pic doesnt do the cobbler justice, it just makes it look yucky.

I think I did better today than other days
Hopefully I'll improve slowly.
I weigh myself tomorrow and OMG I'm nervous but whatever happens happens.
